I have spent many years in the boat scene in Sydney and understand the challenges around hosting and keeping the galley clean ! – all of my catering foods come in my beautiful catering boxes thatreduce mess with the highest quality tasty fresh foods ranging from both nibbles to dinner meals.

If you go away for a few days a lot of my main meals can be taken frozen , defrosted and reheated to offer wonderful lunch or dinner options with full flavour and complexity yet ease for you as the host .
